Can I work in the UK after my master's?
Yes. The Graduate Route lets you stay and work in any job without a sponsor: 2 years for applications made before 1 January 2027 and 18 months for applications from that date (PhD graduates get 3 years). During the Graduate Route you can switch to a Skilled Worker visa once an employer sponsors you. While studying, you can usually work up to 20 hours a week in term time.

Can I study in the UK without IELTS?
Yes. Many UK universities accept 70% or more in Class 12 English (CBSE, ICSE or TSBIE) or an MOI letter from your college instead. If the university assesses your English itself, you do not need a separate UKVI English test. See universities that waive IELTS.

The main intakes are September and January, and some universities also start courses in May. Apply 6–9 months ahead for the best choice of courses and scholarships.
