How does it work if I live outside Hyderabad?
- Step 1, video call: a free profile assessment with a senior counsellor: marks, backlogs, budget and the right countries. Parents can join.
- Step 2, online work: university shortlist, SOP and LOR review and applications can all be done remotely.
- Step 3, one visit: we check original documents and run face-to-face mock visa interviews at our Himayatnagar office. It is open Monday to Saturday 9:00–7:30 and Sunday 10:00–4:00.
- Step 4, loans and visa: loan paperwork and visa preparation continue by phone and video, with a visit only if you need one.
Students from Mahbubnagar, Jadcherla, Shadnagar, Wanaparthy and other districts already visit our Himayatnagar office, often at weekends, and we offer online counselling for anyone who cannot travel. The office is 450 metres from Narayanaguda Metro, about 10 minutes from MG Bus Station and 5 minutes from Kachiguda railway station. Full directions are on our Himayatnagar page.
What should I keep ready for the first call?

What does it cost, and where do I read more?
Counselling, shortlisting, applications, SOP and LOR review, loan guidance and visa preparation cost ₹0. Only optional test coaching is paid. Visa, test and university fees go to the official portals, never to us.

Do you have an office in Warangal, Karimnagar or Nizamabad?
No. Our head office is in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. Students from other Telangana districts work with us by free video call, and visit the Himayatnagar office once for document checks and mock interviews.
Can I complete the whole process online?
Counselling, shortlisting, SOP review and applications can all be done remotely. Our mock visa interviews are held face to face at the office, so most students visit once before their interview.
How far are Telangana's district towns from Hyderabad?
