Privacy policy

This page explains what personal information Abbacy Global Group ("we") collects through abbacy.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the country and course you're interested in, and any message you write.
- Where the enquiry came from: the page you were on, the time, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, or a Google or Facebook click ID).
- How the site is used: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type and approximate location, collected by the analytics tools listed below.
We don't ask for passport numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents on this website. If you share documents with a counsellor later, they're used only for your application.
Why we use it
- To call or WhatsApp you back and give the counselling you asked for.
- To prepare your university applications, visa file, loan or scholarship application, but only when you ask us to.
- To understand which pages help students and fix the ones that don't.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who else handles it
- Google: form enquiries are saved to a Google Sheet in our Google account. Google Analytics measures site visits, and the Google Ads tag records when an enquiry is sent.
- Microsoft Clarity: records clicks, scrolling and page sessions so we can see where pages confuse people.
- Cloudflare and GitHub Pages: host and protect the website and keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser.
- Universities, visa application centres, lenders and scholarship bodies: only the details needed for an application you've asked us to make.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we're counselling you or handling your application, and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to being contacted; just tell us to stop.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
