Our service
- Counselling, university shortlisting and application guidance are free unless we tell you otherwise in writing before you start.
- Paid services, such as English test coaching, are charged at the fee we confirm with you in writing.
- Application fees, test fees, visa fees, tuition deposits and similar costs are paid to the university, test provider or government body, not to us, and follow their refund rules.
No guarantees
Admission, visa, scholarship and loan decisions are made by universities, embassies, scholarship bodies and lenders. We give honest guidance and careful document help, but we can't guarantee any outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, genuine information and documents. We won't submit documents we believe are false.
- Check deadlines, fees and rules on the official website before you pay or apply. Rules change often.
