In Hyderabad, VFS Global runs the UK, Australia, Germany and Ireland visa centres from Unit 1, Lower Concourse, Punjagutta Metro Station (PIN 500082). The Canada Visa Application Centre is separate, at Zonah Crescent, 3rd Floor, Banjara Hills Road No. 12 (PIN 500034). All work by appointment, usually Monday to Friday, and each country charges its own service fee on top of the visa fee.

What are the rules inside the centre?
- Only applicants may enter, plus a parent or guardian with a minor, or a helper for someone who needs assistance.
- Phones are usually allowed on silent but can't be used while you're being served. Photography and recording are never allowed.
- One cabin-size bag per person at most. Larger bags aren't allowed, and the centre can't store prohibited items.
- No sharp objects, aerosols, lighters or vapes. Bags may be x-rayed and searched.
